In a twist on traditional tomatillo salsa, this version uses Greek yogurt and avocado to add creaminess and texture. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or as a condiment for grilled fish tacos.

- 1 (12 ounce) jar
ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
plain non-fat Greek yogurt
fresh cilantro leaves
Place cooking sauce, avocado, yogurt, and cilantro in a blender or food processor and puree till smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
