cooked chicken, shredded
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, diced onions, Mexican Crema and queso fresco
Add small amount oil to frying pan.
Fry each tortilla 30 seconds per side, dip into salsa mixture and transfer to plate.
Fill each tortilla with tablespoon chicken, roll up and place in baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa mixture over rolled tortillas and serve immediately with desired toppings.
