Serve up real, flavorful and authentic margaritas at your next get-together, without having to purchase sugary store-bought mixes, by using fresh lime juice, sugar, orange-flavored liqueur and tequila.

freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 4 limes)

superfine granulated sugar

Triple Sec

Tequila

Ice
Serves 4
Directions:

To salt margarita glasses, rub outside rims of 4 margarita glasses with cut lime and press rims of glasses lightly into plate of salt to coat.

Combine lime juice, sugar, Triple Sec, Tequila and two big handfuls of ice in large cocktail shaker, pitcher or blender.

Shake, stir or blend margaritas well, then strain into salt-rimmed glasses and serve.
