Fiesta S’mores

This Día del Niño, give your kiddos a special sweet treat they’ll love and devour. This classic childhood dessert becomes a decadent Mexican treat thanks to soft flour tortillas, chocolate, cinnamon, and to spice things up a bit, chili powder. Serves 4



  1. Spread milk chocolate on 4 tortillas and marshmallow on 4 tortillas. Push tortillas together to make sandwich. Spread butter on outside.

  2. Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Brown tortillas until slightly crispy and marshmallow and chocolate melt. Remove from pan and dust generously with cinnamon and sugar.

  3. Optional: To spice things up, add red chili powder to chocolate. Add fruit, such as HERDEZ® Mango Slices, bananas or strawberries.
