Serves 1.5 cups of chipotle glaze
In medium sized stockpot, add water and piloncillo cones. Cook on medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until piloncillo cones dissolve. Add cinnamon, butter and HERDEZ® Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce.
Bring liquid to boil and reduce heat to low and allow thickening to consistency of molasses, about 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Pour mixture over ham and bake according to package instructions. Baste ham every 10 minutes with glaze.
