Loaded Breakfast Burritos

Take your morning breakfast burrito to the next level. This hearty burrito includes all your breakfast favorites and is protein-packed with JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast, Sausage, JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon and eggs. Topped off the HERDEZ® Salsa Verde and Original WHOLLY GUACAMOLE®, you can’t go wrong.


  • 1 tablespoon

    olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon

    unsalted butter

  • 1

    medium red potato, unpeeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 1/4 cup

    chicken broth

  • 1/2 pound

    JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll - Mild

  • 6

    large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup

    HERDEZ® Salsa Verde

  • 8 slices

    JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked until crisp

  • 1 cup

    shredded Pepper Jack cheese

  • 6

    large flour tortillas 

  • 1 cup

    shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup

  1. In a medium sauté pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add diced potato, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring often, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.  Add chicken broth and cook potatoes, covered, until tender, about 10 minutes.  

  2. In a separate large sauté pan add JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage
    Roll and sauté, breaking up sausage with a spoon and stirring often, until cooked through, about 5 minutes.  Add beaten eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until scrambled. Add HERDEZ® Salsa Verde, cooked bacon and Pepper Jack cheese and stir gently until cheese is melted.

  3. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 10-15 seconds, until warm and pliable.  Lay each tortilla on a work surface and evenly distribute scrambled egg mixture into tortillas. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese over egg mixture and top with a spoonful of WHOLLY GUACAMOLE®. Roll burritos then wrap each burrito in aluminum foil to keep warm.

  4. Eat immediately or cool and refrigerate, then warm for breakfast the next morning!
