  1. Use a blender to mix the mole paste with the chicken broth then cook in a small pot with medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oven to 350⁰F

  3. Place the hot dogs in an oven-safe skillet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the side of the hot dog in contact with the pan has crisped up slightly.

  4. Flip the hot dogs onto their other side, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until the bacon is crisp all over.

  5. Place buns on a cookie sheet and place in oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

  6. Assemble hot dogs by placing the bacon wrapped dog into the bun, top with the mole sauce.

  7. Garnish with diced onions, tomatoes, queso fresco and jalapeños.
