Mole Fideo Soup

Flavorful Mexican fideo noodle soup with a superb DOÑA MARÍA® Mole twist!

  • 1 cup

    chicken breast cut into ½ inch pieces

  • 5 cups

    chicken broth

  • 1 cup

    dry noodles (thin for soup)

  • 1 tablespoon

    soybean oil

  • 1/3 cup

    and 1 teaspoon of DOÑA MARIA® mole paste

  • 1 (15 ounce)

    can of mixed vegetables

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    of salt

  1. Add oil to a soup pot and heat.

  2. Add chicken and noodles to pot and stir constantly for 2 minutes.

  3. Add chicken broth, mole, and salt to the pot. Mix until the mole paste is dissolved.

  4. Add vegetables and heat to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
