Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

You can never go wrong with oven baked sweet potato fries. Combine these with HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa and voilà, a perfect and flavorful snack!


  • 2

    sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into ¼ inch strips

  • 3 tablespoons

    grapeseed oil

  • 1 teaspoon

    sea salt

  • 8 ounces

    HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 350˚.

  2. Place fries in large bowl and toss with oil and salt; transfer to baking sheet.

  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes – turn every 10 minutes to cook evenly. Cook until edges begin to brown.

  4. Serve with HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa for dipping on the side.
