Salsa Chicken Pockets

Try these crispy, golden brown Salsa Chicken Pockets for your little ones. Filled with chicken, corn, salsa and cheese, ideal for when you need a quick, delicious treat rich with authentic flavor.

Serves 6



  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Beat egg and water in small bowl. Set aside.

  3. In small bowl, mix together the chicken, Mexican style corn mix, salsa and cheese together.

  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed Puff Pastry sheet into 16 x 12’ rectangle. Cut dough into 12-14 equal slices.

  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto one pastry square making sure to stay 1" away from edge. Place another puff pastry square on top, brush some reserved egg mixture on edges of dough and seal with fork.

  6. Repeat for total of 6 Salsa Pockets and then put onto parchment lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake 25 minutes or until golden.
