Slow Cooker Pasilla Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps

In honor of Día del Niño, prepare traditional pulled pork in a fun and hands-on way. The crisp lettuce wraps are lighter than tortillas, but are still loaded with irresistibly tender smoky pasilla pork. Even better, your kids will love that no utensils are required! Recipe courtesy of Yvette Marquez, Muy Bueno partner, 2015.
