This enchilada style burrito is served “wet” with a deliciously creamy sauce made with HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa! It’s the perfect Mexican comfort food for when you want something cheesy and filling.

- Wet Sauce:
- 1/2 cup

heavy cream
Serves 4
Directions:

Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

Combine HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa with heavy whipping cream and heat until lightly simmers.

To assemble, divide steak equally among tortillas and top with equal amounts of cheese and black beans.
